Originally from Northern Ireland Richard has twenty years of experience in the business areas of residential estate agency sales, lettings & property management and block management across the Belfast, Bristol & South Gloucestershire property markets. With a genuine passion for property Richard particularly enjoys developing and maintaining good positive working relationships with both landlord and tenant guiding them through the lettings process from initial enquiry to checking in. Outside of the office Richard enjoys exploring the Southwest, dog walking and an active social life.
